  (1) In the mode of HP function, it can set electronic control mode,self-locking mode or constant-stitch mode,HP function is related with compensation thread clamp.

  (2) CP function is related with presser foot lifting.

  (3) According to the habit or demand, flexibly setting function relevance improves automation.

Multi-function button group

Electronic handwheel, back tacking, cancel back tacking, transform instantaneously internal and external presser foot alternating amount, stitch compensation, compensation thread clamp, double stitch length switch quickly, pneumatic halving device and safe threading mode are satisfied with various usage scene.

 

Safe threading mode

Adjust the needle to the height which is most suitable for threading, and lock all functions of the machine to avoid personnel injury caused by misoperation during threading.

 

Electronic handwheel

The operator can easily turn the upper shaft(moving the needle rod up and down) by using the electronic handwheel instead of manually rotating the handwheel.

 

Needle gauge can be set

V10 double needle series adopts metric needle gauge group,6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm various specifications are available.
